  Researching Bulgaria, the canny investor could see for himself that the country’s economic reforms, allied to its reasonable climate, geographic location and cheap property prices, made it a prime market in prospect. Investors have been rewarded an average of 100 per cent between 2002 and 2005, and considerably more in certain areas on some properties.
  Romania has been mostly unknown or unpopular with Irish investors, but there has been very significant Capital Appreciations there with even a stronger forecast of growth.
  The Baltic Countries have been strongly performing economically over the last number of years and are set to do so in the future, have been accepted to join the Euro in 2008.
  For more adventurous investors there are even higher possibilities of returns on the other European Markets outside EU at the moment like, Serbia, Montenegro, Ukraine, and Russia – all quite secure to purchase and promising economic and property growth. 
We also encourage land investment, as it is an asset that never fails you. Secure, sustainable, and still cheap. You won’t feel anywhere as secure as on your own land.   If not you – your children may need it in the future.
